Our retreats are created to offer a unique experience to slow down, to restore, and incorporate our three guiding principles: to re:wild, to re:nourish & to re:awaken. A fully transformational experience, you will leave with a new appreciation for yourself and for life.

  • Idyllic Countryside Venue
    Willow Tree Farm in Somerset is set in the idyllic countryside. A stone throw from walks, the coast and a short drive to Glastonbery. Hot tub, stunning sunrise and sunset views, country estate.
  • Gourmet plant-based food
    Mouth-watering, sensational food created by external chef Kate Boot, who adds an incredible element of healing the body, mind & soul with dishes to support your chakra’s *think colour and taste.
  • Daily Practices
    From forest bathing, to intuitive creative practices, movement,, breath work, mindfulness & coaching, you will leave the retreat feeling relaxed, recharged, stronger, calmer & happier.

What’ Included

3 nights full board staying in beautiful Willow Tree Farm. The emphasis is also to RE:TREAT. That means spending time reading, being still, enjoying a break from the stress of day to day life. Delicious food, fire pits in the evenings, fantastic walks in nature, sleep & rest are all a given!

Daily Mindfulness

Daily grounding, mindfulness and mediation practice, regardless of experience. We will be discovering how to pause, and the benefits it can bring. There will also be an opportunity for sunrise mediation as well as sunset walks.

Forest Bathing & Rewilding practices

The Japanese practice Shinrin Yoku, is good for physical & mental wellbeing. It’s proven to reduce stress & improve feelings of happiness. During the forest bathing session, you can take a sketch book, relax, sleep or be absorbed within the trees.

Creative Lesson & Coaching

Unlock your inner dreams and, connect with purpose. A journey of unlocking your creative potential and tapping into your intuition with some vision boarding.

Also, through coaching, there is a chance to practice self-love and connect.

Walks in nature

With the beach a 5 min drive away and many walks around the farm . Cold water swimming, spending time in nature and roaming the grounds and farm.

Transfomational Breathwork

Experience a 2 hour sonic adventure in the group. Transformational breathwork helps to tap into the subconscious and clear blocks that are holding you back.

Sound Sonic Journey

Relax, recharge and reduce stress. A sound session your mind to relax into theta brainwave state, which is associated with deep relaxation and mediation, Nas the practioner will weave her magic and sound with song, gongs, and instruments.

Choice of Accommodation

Stunning countryside, fire pits, hot tub, sunrise and sunset views, close to the coast. Willow Tree Farm has been uniquely renovated to create an unmatched guest experience in Somerset.

The Farmhouse & Barn

Comfortably accommodating 6 across its 6 bedrooms, and the Barn, which provides 4 bedrooms. Both options offer a cozy and inviting atmosphere for a restful stay.

Heated Bell Tents

Sharing twin tents, heated and with fire pits, a more cost effective way to stay, you will either be allocated a shared person or bring a friend. Immerse yourself in the great outdoors with a touch of luxury.


Willow Tree Farm is nestled in the countryside of Somerset, close to the beach, Glastonbury and surrounded by open countryside. 

Incredible Food

Freshly prepared by Kate Boot The Mindful Chefette. Cooking food, for Kate, is more than providing sustenance – it’s a therapeutic tool, a form of self-expression, and a meals to nourish not just the body but also the mind and soul.

  • Plant Inspired
    All food served will be plant based, using fresh ingredients as well as foraged ingredients. 
  • Feel Good Food
    Focuses on food as the source to heal: Kate’s mission is to feed the soul. How does it feel in your body? Each dish will focus on an element of our chakra’s.
  • Connecting through dishes.
    Food is a way of connecting with our bodies and each other. Each dish is created with love and brings joy, compassion, happiness.

At retreats, Kate uses as much locally sourced ingredients as the time of year allows, and occasionally foraged ingredients, to create a sensory journey through her dishes.

Retreats are vulnerable shared experiences, and powerful healing can happen simply sitting across the dinner table.

RE:WILD

REWILD in nature as well as rewilding yourself. Getting back to your natural state. We’ve lost the habit of looking and seeing and listening & hearing.

RE:NOURISH

Food to feed the soul, focusing on the different chakra points – think grounding, healing, colour and taste – with a touch of vitamin L (LOVE)

RE: AWAKEN

Reawaken the body and mind, healing through wellness sessions, personal development sessions; remembering what is important to us.
