My experience & journey
With over 16 years of experience, I’ve built multiple six-figure businesses across a range of industries. My journey began 20 years ago after returning from traveling with a revelation—I didn’t want to work for anyone else. With a fierce passion for business and an unshakeable work ethic, I started my first venture: a painting holiday retreat company in Portugal. Hosting over 200 clients a year, I quickly learned the ropes of lead generation, sales, operations, and planning.
Since then, I’ve launched and scaled multiple income streams, from wellness (where I ranked in the top 2% of a U.S brand, generating over $480K in annual revenue) to property and retreat businesses. These experiences taught me what it truly takes to create sustainable growth and freedom in business.

When I’m not coaching or mentoring, I’m a dedicated mum of two teens and a wife, having always worked around my family to create a fulfilling, balanced life. I know firsthand how important it is to build a business that serves you, not the other way around.
