Rewild Retreat – East Sussex

Set in an idylic farm in East Sussex Rewild retreat is all about reconnecting with nature and yourself. 14 guests enjoyed breathwork, coaching, walks in nature learning about foraging, as well as a sound sonic session. All the food cooked by Kate Munro Boot was plant based and cooked with vitamin L (love).
